MBM is a successful national, independent professional services consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, Tax depreciation, Asset and Building Consulting, PPP Technical Advisory, Cost Engineering and Facilities Management Advisory. MBM services straddle the property and Infrastructure industries, specifically Building, Education, Residential, Commercial, Health and Water and Rail Infrastructure sectors. Ultimately, MBM was looking to increase it’s brand awareness, market share, foster brand understanding both internally and externally and identify a differentiated position in the market.
Current challenges for the business include growing its market footprint outside of Sydney, in other Australian capital cities through brand awareness, communication of service offering and implementation of internal growth strategies.
